Abstract Monitoring the curative effect of chemotherapy is mandatory in order to accurately plane the surgical management and postoperative chemotherapy. The current usual method for the curative effect assessment is repeated biopsy which is very traumatic. DWI is currently the only imaging method for non-invasively measuring the local diffusion characteristics of water molecules in vivo. DWI and ADC value in following up the treatment of osteosarcoma revealed increase the mean ADC value in regressive cases after treatment following up by MRI revealed increased in tumor breaking down in post therapeutic conventional MRI |
