Abstract

There was statistically significant difference between the both groups, group A had high scores and in relation to group B which had lower scores. There was statistically significant difference between all patients according to age, and comorbidities. There was statistically significant correlation between complication and comorbidities. There was no significant correlation between the final score and sex, mode of trauma neither with type of fracture and associated injuries in both groups. Closed reduction and per-3.The need for regular physiotherapy is essential for good functional results. We strongly recommend a well randomized study with longer follow up period and more patients to confirm the results of our study
