Abstract Aim of the study: To identify all clinico-epidemiological data, different treatment modalities and the different prognostic factors which affected the disease-free survival, overall survival of the patients in addition to the patterns of recurrence and the progression free survival. Patients and methods: Data of endometrial carcinoma patients who presented to the Clinical oncology and radiation department in Kasr Al Ainy and Fayoum university hospital from January 2012 till December 2016. Results and conclusions: Univariate analysis identified stage a significant prognostic factor for overall survival and performance status was a significant prognostic factor for overall survival. Large and multicentric clinical trials are required to further study this group of patients and define optimum risk stratification of patients and further treatment modalities |
