Abstract Higher education must continue to expand standards of education and training that are corresponding to international best practice, attaining student satisfaction is one of the most critical objectives in all higher educational institutions, measuring student’s satisfaction is consistent with a total quality management approach.The impact of Covid-19 has had a far-reaching effect on higher education institutions. Blended learning is preferable in the Covid period because of the physical risk associated with the pandemic. Blended learning combines the advantages of traditional learning with online technology tools.
