المستخلص The study aimed to identify the requirements of electronic marketing and its role in achieving marketing excellence from the perspective of workers in commercial banks. • There is a positive correlation with statistical significance between the dimensions of electronic marketing represented in (electronic product, electronic pricing, electronic promotion, electronic distribution, electronic communication). And marketing excellence among workers in commercial banks in Kafr El-Sheikh governorate, with a confidence degree of 95%, there is a positive statistically significant effect of electronic communication as one of the dimensions of e-marketing on the marketing excellence of workers in commercial banks in Kafr El-Sheikh governorate, with a confidence level of 95%.” There are no significant differences. Statistically significant between the opinions of employees of commercial banks in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate about e-marketing according to age, qualification, job and number of years of experience, with a confidence level of 95%. |
