Abstract
A cross sectional study was conducted in the clinical pathology department and intensive care unit at Assiut university hospital in the period between March 2021 to June 2021,this study included: group I: Ninety patients with COVID -19 diagnosed with PCR-RNA testing. They included 34 females (34.8%) and 56 males (62.2%).
