The study aims to identify the effectiveness of language games in development of expressive language by increasing the linguistic outcome and the impact of this development on some executive functions (selective attention- working memory and the Inhibition) for children with cochlear implants. sample consisted of (17) children from the deaf children with cochlear implants at the Nedaa Association for the Rehabilitation of Hearing Impaired children and cochlear implants in Mansoura and Autism Center in Minyat Al-Nasr; whose ages ranged between (4- 6) years, and those who had cochlear implants in one year and more, and they were divided into two groups; an experimental group that included (7) children and a control group that included (10) children. The research used a set of tools: A form for collecting primary data on a child who had a cochlear implant, expressive language test (prepared by the researcher), and a measure of executive function (selective attention- working memory and the Inhibition), A language program based on language games, and used in analyzing Mann Whitney test, Friedman test for repeated measures for non- independent groups, Wilcoxon test, Effect size. A showed the results of the research are that the experimental group showed a clear improvement of expressive language as well as an improvement in executive functions.
