The study aimed to activate the views of some of the notables of the Maliki school towards some contemporary education issues. Among the tools, the study relied on a content analysis form to identify the reality of some education issues under study in the writings of some of these notables prepared by the researcher. And a recent study of the educational implications of education issues under current study in the educational literature. The study presented the analysis method and procedures in the fourth chapter before presenting the results of the analysis in the fifth chapter, then the proposed scenario came in the last chapter.
It was one of the most important results of the study: some of the notables of the Maliki school explained what supports the interest in the intellectual security of the students through the following: adherence to moderate moderation thought, and working in the manner of the predecessors in understanding the purposes of Islamic law, in addition to other necessary directions in purifying understanding from impurities and fighting intellectual deviation, and with regard to mental education, Some of the notables of the Maliki school worked to develop the mind by: acquiring various sciences that purify the mind, such as arithmetic, poetry, and others, and with regard to linking education to work, the results of the analysis indicated that various scientific materials were produced for each act that is a communal obligation for a people, such as divination,union, soldiery, guidance, imam, leadership, manufacturing in some professions that are needed for other matters, and with regard to values, some of the scholars of the Maliki school strived to define positive values for the students of knowledge to adhere to, and to define negative values to avoid them, and accordingly their values varied into religious values, And ethical, social, political, economic, and aesthetic, and with regard to the ethics of scientific research, some of the scholars of the Maliki school stressed on their students the commitment of scientific honesty by attributing ideas and texts to their owners to other ethics. Opinions of some of the notables of the Maliki school of thought to confront some issues of contemporary education.
