المستخلص In this study, I dealt with the subject of ”the manifestations of the political role in the constitutional judiciary - a comparative study”, which came in an introduction, two chapters, and a conclusion. At the same time, and in the second chapter, I dealt with the political role of the constitutional judiciary in the United States and Egypt, and the study concluded in this chapter that the constitutional judiciary is affected by the political, economic and social reality when it exercises the powers entrusted to it, and the study showed that what is meant by the political role of the constitutional judge is the judge’s ability to Achieving a balance between legal and political considerations, by using legal mechanisms such as the judicial policy that he pursues, and the methods of interpretation he uses, and by putting all the external factors affecting his performance of his role in mind; He is always keen to appear committed to the limits of his judicial function. |
