Results: Out of 421 cases 262 were adrenal neuroblastoma and 159 were extraadrenal. Surgical resection was attempted in 282 patients ,50% were complete or near complete excision and the remaining either more than 90% or 50-90% or less than 50% resection. In this study stage of disease was strongly and significantly related to overall survival with a poorer survival in late stages (stage IV) as compared to stage I and stage III. And extent of surgical resection was also significantly related to overall survival with better survival in cases who underwent complete or near complete resection
