Abstract The Ewing{u2019}s sarcoma family of tumours is an aggressive form of childhood cancer includes Ewing sarcoma of bone, extraskeletal Ewing sarcoma, peripheral PNET, and Askin{u2019}s tumor. They shared cytogenetic aberration that make near-universal agreement that these neoplasms are closely related, and they are referred to as the Ewing sarcoma family of tumors. This study included thirty-five patients (35 patients: 15= females and 20 = males). We are aimed to detect MR criteria including conventional, contrast enhanced MRI and quantitative diffusion-weighted imaging with ADC mapping in cases of ESFTs. All patients were proven histologically to have Ewing{u2019}s sarcoma/PNET |
