The Research introduction and problem:-
In telltale disabilities is a state of incomplete mental development to the extent that the individual is unable to adapt, which makes him always in need of care and supervision and support of others. A person with mental disability is considered based on his level of metal ability. Disability and the attendant disability or deficiency negatively affects the basic functional capacities of individuals differently determined by the nature, level and extent of impact.
However, long- term, cargo - scale training, with a large amount of central and decent realized contraction component during the braking and propulsion phase) causes a greater level of skeletal muscle damage and temporary disruption of muscle function can be defer mined by manifestations of inflammation by CRP concentration in the blood plasma.
The 5000 meter racers program in clades a variety of shapes, distances, roads, methods and speed rates through long running in group (aerobic training) speed training and hall training.
Extension and flexibility exercises coordination and balance, muscle strength, provided that some methods such as exercises on the water medium, which training, which achieves safety conditions . Thus ensuring the efficiency of training while
relieving pressure on the bones, joints, ligaments (connective tissue) and musculoskeletal system.
The water medium can be mused to train people with disabilities where reduces weight due to water density reduces pressure on the joints and the buoyancy factor showed less stress to reduce inflammation of muscles, tendons and ligaments .
In the water medium, muscle capacity can be developed in a balanced matter, where the water resistances are equal in all angles (range) of the motor work in which exercise (motor duty) also effort degrees caned be used in cardiovascular and respiratory function training programs at the sub maximum Accordingly, the study aimed at researching the development of the capacity of the 5000 m . handicapped (MR) competitors to be more ready to compete through
safe and purposeful training program that offers solutions and alternatives more suitable to the requirements of and mechanical judicators (quantitative and the nature of the race .
Design and implement a training program for 5000m. racers in running for the for the intellectual disability Competitors and to know the impact on some physiological, physical and
skillful indicators and the numerical level.
The research hypotheses:-
The first hypothesis:-
The training program has positive effect on thesis:-
The training program has a positive effect on the following body composition indicators:-
Bodyweight, bod weight without fat, total body water, body fat mass, body fat, body fat and CRP.
The third hypo to thesis The revaluing program has a positive effect on the following physical indicators:-
Flexibility coordination, muscle strength of the legs (Maximum toque time of maximum torque, repetition of the total - Performance – total work), muscle power (jump height, average of the central power-amount of low body weight center).
The fourth hypo thesis:-
- The training program has a positive effect on the skillful indicators and the following numerical level.
- step length, step time, average of steps numerical level.
.Study procedures :-
Msing 4 cameras 60 cadre :-
1- Install the first camera at the beginning of the first straight and the end of the second curve.
2- Install the second camera at the end of the first straight and the beginning of the first curve.
3- Install the third camera at the the beginning of the second straight and end of the first curve.
4- Install the fourth camera at the end of the second straight and the beginning of the second curve.
The Results :-
B.Locate the cameras installed according to the following:
1- Camera No,1 :The camera is away of the track 11.30 m its height 1.20 m-field of
photography 11 m.
2- Camera No,2 :The camera is away of the track 11.30 m. its height 1.20 m- field
of photography 11 m.
3- Camera No,3 : The camera is away of the track 11.30 m. its height 1.20 m- field
of photography 11 m.
4- The camera is away of the track 11.30 m. its height 1.20 m- field of photography 11 m.
Statistical Treatments :
Spss program was used to obrain the following : means -S.D.-Trest at ,o of improvement.
Recommendations :-
The importance of showing the extent and limits of activity for each level of disability.
- Provide safe training and competition .
- Provide high quality training and competition .
- Individual evaluation of the function out put for every disabled person to design specific and suitable programs to the disabled according to his capabilities and the requirements of his activity.
- In the light of the reveqled effectiveness of the water plyometric training ,besides as a safe way of training , comparing to the ground plyometric training , So it can be depend on the water plyometric training as a safe alternative method to reduce the rish of the internal and external injuries related to the nature of the motor performance in this kind of training. Conclusions :-
The program has a positive effect in the physiological, physical and slcillful
indicators:-
- Ratio of physical improvement from 0.06 %-224.80 %.
-Ratio of skillful improvement from 8.33 %-29.31%
- Ratio of physical improvement from 0 %-100%
-Training in water + swimming is a method able to be applied with effective improvement in physical fitness for children with MR.
