Abstract
The aim of this work was to evaluate the role of neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and platelet to lymphocyte ratio as a disease activity marker in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) with and without renal affection.This cross-sectional study was conducted on forty SLE patients (20 SLE patients with lupus nephritis and 20 SLE patients with active disease without nephritis) and twenty normal subjects as control group. Patients were subjected to SLEDAI score assessment, general laboratory investigations, special immunological investigations, NLR and PLR ratio
