This study aimed to determine The relationship of strategic management to the quality of institutional performance, and was applied on administrative leaders at Mansoura University. In order to collect primary data, a questionnaire was designed and data had been collected from administrative leaders at Mansoura University. Sample size was 200, and The SPPS was used to analyze the primary data. Results of the study showed that strategic management was positively related with all dimensions of quality of institutional performance which represented in (Quality of financial performance, Quality of educational performance, Health performance quality and Quality of community performance). Also results showed that strategic management (as an independent variable) had a significant effect on each dimension of quality of institutional performance (Quality of financial performance, Quality of educational performance, Health performance quality and Quality of community performance) (as dependent variable). Finally, there was no significant difference between the opinions about strategic management and quality of institutional performance according to the difference in demographic variables (job level, age).
