المستخلص The Study aimed to Identify the Theoretical foundations of the Educational Integration System for people with Special Abilities in the light of Contemporary Educational literature, and to identify the features of the Educational Integration System for people with Special Abilities in public Schools in the United States, as well as the features of the Educational Integration System for people with Special Abilities in government Schools . In England, and the features of the Educational Integration System for people with Special Abilities in the Palestinian public Schools in the light of the influencing forces and Cultural factors, and to identify the similarities and differences between the Educational Integration System for people with Special Abilities in public Schools in both the United States and England in the light of the forces and factors Influencing Cultural influences, and presenting a proposed Vision to take the Educational Integration System for people with Special Abilities in public Schools as an Entry point for Developing Education for people with Special Abilities in Palestine. The Current Study relied on the Comparative Approach in Achieving the Objectives of its Study, as it is the approach that is concerned with Studying reality, its dimensions, the factors that affect it, and the Relationships Between its aspects. And Comparison in order to reach accurate facts about the Existing Conditions and Conditions, all of this with the intent of Developing reality into a better reality. The Study presented a proposed Scenario based on identifying the similarities and differences between the comparison countries in the Integration system, through Developing of Education for people with Special Abilities, the System of caring for people with Special Abilities in the United States of America and England, and the Current Situation of the Educational Integration System, by presenting: the philosophy and goals of Integration Education for people with Special Abilities in public Schools, admission of students with Special Abilities in public Schools , Study plans and evaluation of students with Special Abilities in public Schools , and patterns of Integration in Schools in the United States. |
