FGM/C is universally identified by any practice of cutting or removing the external female genitalia with no medical justification or consent. There are many unacceptable justifications for passing the practice of female circumcision throughout the decades, which may be based on aspects of traditions, religion, or societal uniformity.
The decline in rate of FGM/C wasn’t so much, and this could be attributed to:
 The mass media when involves this practice, the content is about too short and too small messages not touching all sides of the problem.
 The legal block of this practice is Limited to established FGM cases when exposed to public with a terrifying problem and neither searching for nor monitoring their occurrence.
 The social media deficiently play their role in handling this practice.
 The Places of worship avoid much to invoke this practice through their advocacy and awareness activities.
 Lack of Awareness campaigns and Civil society organizations to target on the endemic areas with this practice and the poor ability to affect their bad thoughts.
 The medical Regulations for this practice aren’t clearly demonstrated.
 Lack of People of trust and opinion in some families due to educational bog down or economic problems or absence of community experiences.
 The practice not properly mentioned as Unhuman behavior with its horrifying complications in the educational curriculum.
 Prescence of feeling ashamed and shy when introducing this problem as the people suppose the external genitalia area as a closed cave or a black box not to be just thinking about it.
