Abstract
The range of preoperative Hct(%) level for the cases of T group was 45.8% to 27.1% with mean was 35.6 while that of the IV group was 46.7% to 30.3% with mean was 37.12, the range of Hct(%) level 2 hours postoperative for the cases of T group was 44.1% to 25.3% with mean was 32.84% while that of IV group was 42.20% to 29.5% with mean was 34.69, the range of Hct(%) level second day post-operative for the cases of T group was 42.8 % to 23.7% with mean was 31.05 while that of IV group was 39.5% to 27% with mean was 32.67, the range of Hct(%) level third day post-operative for the cases of T group was 37.6% to 22.8% with mean was 29.5 while that of IV group was 38% to 25.1 with mean was 31.33.
The mean total blood loss in T group after 2 hours post-operative was 401.77 while IV group was 461.09 ml, the mean total blood loss for T group at the second day post-operative was 686.25ml while in IV group was753.29 ml, the mean total blood loss in T group at third day post-operative was 932.87 ml while in IV group was 954.4.
