Abstract
In the present work, two of the pure and doped-perovskite systems were carefully synthesized via advanced solid state reaction route at sintering temperature of 860οC accompanied with specific thermal treatments program with annealing rate of ( -3ο/min.). The 1st selected model’s samples were having a general formula Li2-xAlxZrO3 (where x = 0.0, 0.025, 0.075, 0.1, 0.3, 0.6, 1, 1.3 and 1.6 mol respectively), and the second is having the formula Li1+xSnxCuO2, where (Sn-ions were added over molar ratios on Li-sites).
