The study aimed to enhance the web development skills of computer teachers in the preparatory stage through a training program based on the use of the Web 3.00, the study results that there was a statistically significant difference at (0.05) between the averages of the grade ranks of the experimental group teachers. The grade ranks of the control group teachers in the post application of the cognitive aspect test, as well as the observation card of practical performance of interactive website development skills in favor of the experimental group teachers, Which confirms the effectiveness of the training program based on the Web 3.00 in enhancing the level of attainment of cognitive aspects and the level of practical performance of the skills of developing websites using the JavaScript language among the members of the experimental sample of computer teachers in the preparatory stage, And the study Point to take advantage of remote training.
