Abstract
This study included 40 cases with orbital lesions that presented to Naser institute for research and treatment from year 2010 to 2013, and it included 22 different pathological lesions. Conservative management (follow-up, oncotherapy, or Gamma knife) was used in 27.5% of cases and surgical biopsy was done in 7.5%, with a fair to good outcome in all cases. So decision regarding management of orbital space occupying lesions should be thought of individually for each case, based on clinical presentation and expected pathology, and conservative or minimally invasive procedures should be considered in many cases before deciding about surgery
