Abstract Benign vocal fold lesions are a common cause of dysphonia, which is a common complaint among patients presenting to the ENT outpatient clinic. They include several types and forms of lesions e.g: polyps (commonest form), nodules and cysts. The surgical treatment of benign vocal fold lesions in this study was done by using classic micro laryngeal surgery with cold instruments. The study included 40 patients with benign vocal fold lesions, 18 male and 22 female within age between 18 to 63 years old presented in outpatient clinic of E.N.T in Cairo university hospital in between June to December 2014 |
