Background: The most important stages in identity determination are stature and sex determination. Stature and gender determination are easily done with primary anatomic structures in intact corpses. It is very hard to identify parted bodies especially after disasters in which people are dead and became unrecognizable. Alternative methods have been developed to cope with these difficulties. There are some attempts for identifying the person by hand measurements, vertebral column length, leg length and footstep length in alive persons. Aim of the work: determine the sex and stature from specific anthropological measurements from both RT hand and RT foot, and from their prints in Egyptian population. Compare the differences between populations; and to compare with other different studies to help of forensic identification in Egyptian population.Compare the accuracy of using anthropometric measures against the print measures for determination of both sex and stature. Conclusion: The use of anthropometric measurements in determination of sex and stature from hand and foot is more accurate than the print method. For stature: SEE for print methods is more than that of anthropometric measures, and for sex-percent correct prediction were 91% in young person and 89% for older group
