Abstract Background: Cervicogenic headache in one of the most common worldwide disorder affecting humans. It has a major on the society because of its associated morbidity and cost to society. Purpose: The present study was designed to compare between the classical physiotherapeutic management of cervicogenic headache and the addition of low power laser treatment and kinesio taping to it. The endpoints of comparison were the pain pressure threshold, the neck disability index and the forward head posture. Results: The obtained results showed a highly statistically significant improvement (P<0.01) in the three groups in pain pressure threshold, neck disability index and forward head posture. Conclusion: low level laser treatment and kinesio taping assist in improving the neck disability index, in increasing the pain pressure threshold in patients with cervicogenic headache.
