Abstract

The purpose of this research was to evaluate the efficacy of Endostar RE Re Tro rotary system vs Endostar E3 Aqua Niti rotary system in the eradication of root canal filling utilising TotalFill HiFlowTM Sealant with or without a additional cleaning technique, and the duration to attain full working length.
Seventy-two removed human teeth lower molar teeth were art nouveau and mechanically prepared utilising Endostar E3 Aqua Niti rotational file, succeeded by obturation and Totalfill HiFlow biocompatible sealer using cold vertical compaction method. Samples were kept to enable full setting of sealer. Samples were evenly split randomly into 2 groups (n= 36) relative to the kind of retreatment method utilised as follow: Part a: Endostar RE Re endo root canal therapy rotational Ni–Ti instrumentation system. Bayern munich: Endostar E3 azure peri rotatable Ni–Ti instrumentation system. Each group was then separated into two subgroup; A1, A2, B1, B2, where subcultures A1 and B1 are instrumented with a supplemental XP-endo Finisher R equipment (FKG Dentaire) (FKG Dentaire). The time required to complete the treatments was measured while retreatment including both file systems using a clock (Casio, Japan) (Casio, Japan). Roots were divided longitudinally and examined using stereomicroscope to measure canal cleanliness.
Within the restrictions of the research, it could be inferred that: \s1- Endostar re range of products kit performed quicker and more successful in extracting radicular fill material in revascularization than Endostar e3 indigo rotational kit.
2- Nevertheless, it was discovered that both retreatment procedures exhibited inadequate removal of a root fillings.
3- The adoption of supplemental technique for cleaning utilising the Windows Finisher R instrument considerably enhanced removal of previous root filling material.
Results indicated that, for canal sanitation, group (B) exhibited a higher average scores (31.16±7.73) than team (A) (29.31±8.70) trying to insinuate that far more filling debris was detected while utilising Endostar E3 Azure Nickel titanium rotary, although the difference was not significant statistical (p=0.481). Viewing the impact of the supplemental cleaning strategy, grouping (2) (36.88±4.91) had a substantially higher value than grouping (1) (23.60±4.49) (p<0.001) signifying that the additional cleaning approach eliminated more filling material. As for the root canal therapy time, Endostar E3 Turquoise Niti rotary unit (B) (4.63±0.91) had a considerably higher value then retreatment company (A) (3.08±0.49) (p<0.001) signifying greater working time to attain the peak.
