Abstract

Two housefly strains were used in the current study: a laboratory inclined stress (SS), and area stress (Gol-RR). The experimental work starts in the laboratory of Economic Entomology in the plant protection branch in the Faculty of Agriculture (Saba Basha), Alexandria University in October 2021. Both traces were bred below laboratory stipulations and the identical experiments were conducted on them. Larvicidal tests had been primarily based by means of exposing M. domestica third instar larvae to food contaminated with examined materials.
Adults of house flies had been gathered from the backyard and scattered locations near the Faculty of Agriculture (Saba Basha), the commencing of October 2021, up to the ninth technology besides exposure to any chemical pesticides. It used to be bred from the first generation to the fifth era to reap a adequate range of larvae to behavior experiments. Both lines were bred underneath laboratory conditions and the equal experiments have been performed on them.
The house fly, Musca domestica used for the duration of this study was reared in the laboratories of branch of applied entomology, Faculty of Agricultural (Saba Basha), University of Alexandria at (28 1 C, 60% 10R.H. and 18 hrs illumination). Adults of both strains (susceptible and field) of M. domestica were maintains in (40 cm, cages with a plywood ground and wooden frame.
