The current study aimed to identify the role of empowering human resources in educational institutions in stimulating administrative creativity. The five departments in Sohag Governorate, and the study reached a set of results, the most important of which are the following: The level of empowerment of human resources in technical education institutions in the five departments in Sohag Governorate came to a low degree, and the level of administrative creativity in technical education institutions in the five departments in Sohag Governorate came to a low degree as well. , and that there is a positive correlation between empowering human resources and stimulating their administrative creativity, and that there is a statistically significant relationship between empowering human resources with its seven dimensions (clarity of vision and objectives, availability of information and communication, delegation of authority, work teams, participation in decision-making and decision-making, training of resources human resources, motivating human resources) and between administrative creativity in its five dimensions (flexibility with human resources, originality of ideas in human resources, fluency in ideas in human resources, solving work problems, acceptance of risk), The obstacles to activating the role of empowering human resources came to a high degree, as the physical and financial obstacles came with the highest degree of achievement, followed by societal obstacles, followed by technological obstacles, followed by organizational and administrative obstacles, and human obstacles with the lowest degree of achievement in the order of obstacles.
