Abstract
Summary Aim of the work: The aim of registry is to determine patient characteristics, practice patterns, and management strategies of Supra Ventricular Tachycardia in the region of Delta of Egypt using the registry design. The inclusion criteria: All patients with regular SVT, from the hospitals those mentioned above. The exclusion criteria: Patients from hospitals other than those mentioned above. AF (Atrial Fibrillation) and AFL (Atrial Flutter) are excluded. All patients in this study was subjected to the following: 1- Full history taking Including the personal history, vital signs, risk factors and comorbid diseases.2- Clinical examination: Thorough physical examination including vital signs (pulse and blood pressure), general examination and local cardiac examination were performed for every patient. 3-Analysis of Supra Ventricular Tachycardia Including SVT symptoms, reason for admission, past history of SVT, and SVT pattern. 4- Investigations Including ECG and Echocardiography.
