Abstract
To increasing the number of women engineers entering the construction industry in Egypt per international trend. A list of barriers and their suggested solutions have been discussed. Two surveys were then prepared. Survey (A) was directed to the engineering society, survey (B) focused on the women engineers. The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) was used to analysis data. Advisory model and computerized system were developed for women engineers enter / no enter the construction industry in Egypt decision, the level of accepting barriers facing women engineers based on pool of data extracted from survey B, and recommends enter /no enter the construction industry.
