Abstract The thesis deals with the effect of mechanical deformation on the electrical resistivity of some rubber blends. Two types of rubbers, namely: acrylonitrile butadiene (NBR) and ethylene-propylene diene monomer (EPDM) were used. Two types of carbon blacks N326 (HAF) and N774 (SRF) and their ratios were used. These types of carbon blacks are different in their physical and chemical properties. Our goal in this work is to show the effect of adding different types and ratios of carbon black on the electrical properties of these blends under different mechanical deformation |
