Abstract
The aim of this research is to develop a decision support tool to select the most efficient procurement system for multiple contracts Combined Cycle Power Plants constructed in Egypt. This process involves the studying of alternative procurement systems in depth, and the utilization of quantitative values developed in accordance with the requirements of the simple multi-attribute rating technique (SMART). Results reveal that the procurement system with the highest score, for all contractual packages, is the integrated project delivery method (IPD)
