This research aims to This research seeks to discuss the impact of the services of financing institutions in all its dimensions (financing, training, consulting), which represent the independent variable of research on the development of micro-enterprises and its dimensions represented in (growth, generation of creative ideas, operating efficiency), which represent the dependent variable in the research under study. The field study was applied to the Association of Businessmen and Investors in Dakahlia. the field study community is represented by all the employees of this administration, numbering 1250 employees, and the sampling tables show that the selected sample is 294 individuals at this size of the community, with an error rate of ±5%, and a confidence coefficient of 95 %, and community characteristics 50%. For the purposes of analyzing the collected data, the statistical package for social sciences SPSS V.21 program was relied upon, and among the most important statistical methods used were the Cronbach alpha stability test to measure the stability of the questionnaire lists as a tool for data collection, descriptive statistical methods, the Pearson correlation coefficient test, and finally the multiple linear regression method. To determine the relationship between the dimensions of financing institutions’ services and the dimensions of developing microenterprises. The researcher concluded that there is a relationship with a significant impact between the dimensions of the services of financing institutions and each of the dimensions of the development of microenterprises (growth, generation of creative ideas, operating efficiency). and their dimensions combined.
