”The study aimed at the research is to identify the impact of the application of occupational safety and health requirements on the work engagement applying to the industrial facilities in New Damietta, In order to achieve this goal, the researcher prepared a list of surveys. A list (371) was distributed. The percentage of responses (87.5%) was equivalent to (323) a list. The research found a statistically significant impact of the application of occupational safety and health requirements on the association with the application of industrial facilities in new Damietta as a result of the enthusiasm, dedication and indulgence of workers, which leads to an increase in the worker’s association with the facility. The research recommended the need to adhere to apply occupational safety and health requirements because they have a very significant impact on the extent to work engagement.
