Abstract
This study was conducted at the department of Dermatology, Venereology and Andrology, Assiut University hospitals, Egypt, in the period from February 2021 to January 2023, to evaluate the efficacy and safety of combining 308 nm Excimer light and topical steroid in the treatment of AA and comparing it with Excimer alone and topical steroid alone. Thirty patients with the clinical diagnosis of AA were recruited from the Dermatology Out-Patient Clinic, only 25 patients continued the study.
