This program aimed at: Develop the arts of creative writing (description and translation technician) among outstanding students in the first year of secondary school, through preparing a proposed enrichment program based on the dimensions of the mental lexicon. To achieve the research goal, the researcher preformed the following procedures:A theoretical study of what came in previous research, studies and literature related to the subject of the research.Preparing a list of the art of description skills suitable for outstanding students in the first year of secondary school.Preparing a list of translation skills suitable for outstanding students in the first year of secondary school.Preparing a test of the art of description skills for outstanding students in the first secondary grade.Preparing a test for the art of translation skills for outstanding students in the first year of secondary school.Preparing the proposed enrichment program based on the dimensions of the mental lexicon to develop the skills of the description and translation technician for outstanding students in the first secondary grade.Preparing a guide for the teacher to teach the proposed enrichment program based on the dimensions of the mental lexicon for outstanding students in the first secondary grade.Selecting the research sample from the outstanding students in the first year of secondary school and distributing them into two groups: experimental and control.A test application of the skills of the description and translation technician on the experimental and control groups as a tribal application.Applying the proposed enrichment program based on the dimensions of the mental lexicon on the students of the experimental group, while the control group studies the usual program.A test application of the skills of the description and translation technician on the experimental and control groups as a post application. Conducting statistical treatment for the scores of the pre and post applications, and a number of results were reached, the most important of which are: The effectiveness of the proposed enrichment program based on the dimensions of the mental lexicon in developing the skills of the description and translation technician among outstanding students in the first grade of secondary school.In the end, the research presented a number of recommendations and proposals in the light of the results that were reached.
