Abstract

The severe consequences of chronic liver disease, which start with steatosis and conclude with HCC, are a wide spread ailments around the world. The world’s most prevalent cause of common malignancies is hepatocellular carcinoma. Conventional treatments for liver cancer include surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation therapy, all of which have side effects. Although liver transplantation is the most effective treatment for liver cancer, the shortage of liver organs and the risk of tumour recurrence after transplantation are both viewed as major issues. In recent years, Sorafenib has emerged as the most successful cancer treatment; however, not all cancer patients respond to this treatment, and even the susceptible patient will suffer from its resistance within 6 months, as a result, natural antioxidant products are essential for the prevention, and treatment of cancer, and on the other hand, they improve the action of Sorafenib and reduce its resistance, also they don’t have any negative side effects.
