The main objective of this study is to examine the relationship between time management and job performance (applied to Misr Fertilizers Production Company, MOPCO), as well as to measure the degree of difference in opinions among employees according to demographic variables. A proposed model was designed for the study to be used as a guide to test the relationship between the study variables. A questionnaire was designed and directed towards the employees of MOPCO through personal interviews. The primary data analysis was conducted using the statistical program SPSS. The sample size of the study was 291 individuals with a response rate of 100%. The results of the statistical analysis indicate a significant correlation between the dimensions of time management and job performance.
