المستخلص
The present research aimed to improve education problem- solving and decision-making skills for education technology specialist through designing a learning environment based on crowdsourcing technology. The research was applied to (30) educational technology specialists in Gharbia Governorate, and they were placed in one experimental group. The measurement tools were a test of educational problem-solving skills and a scale of decision-making ability that were applied before and after conducting statistical analysis. The research results showed the superiority of the experimental group in the post-application to test educational problem-solving skills and the measure of decision-making ability, which confirmed the effectiveness of a learning environment based on crowd-sourced technology in developing educational problem-solving skills and decision-making ability. The research ended with a set of recommendations and a set of suggested researches.
