المستخلص The Problem of the Current Study Lies in How to Develop the Role of Strategic Leadership in Crisis Management in Egyptian Universities in the Light of Some Contemporary International Models. Therefore, the Study Aimed to: - Identify The Theoretical and Conceptual Framework of Strategic Leadership. - Identify The Theoretical and Conceptual Framework for Crisis Management in Universities. - Revealing The Most Important Global Models for the Role of Strategic Leadership in Crisis Management in Universities. - Standing on The Reality of Strategic Leadership With its Dimensions (Transformational Dimension - Administrative Dimension – Political Dimension - Moral Dimension) in Universities. - Standing on the Reality of the Degree of Crisis Management Practice With Its Dimensions (Discovering Early Warning Signs - Preparedness and Prevention - Damage Containment - Restoring Activity - Learning) in Universities. - Propose A Strategy That Can Contribute to The Development of The Role of Strategic Leadership in Crisis Management in Universities. The Author Used the Descriptive Approach, Which Relies on Describing, Studying and Analyzing The Established facts, and Coming Out With Specific Results to Provide Solutions to The Research Problem, and Their Number Is (718) Members of The Teaching Staff and Leaders. The Study Relied on The Questionnaire as Atoll for Data Collection, as The Authors Prepared A Questionnaire Benefiting from The Construction of Its Axes and Phrases from Previous Studies and Theoretical Frameworks for The Subject of The Study. The Results of The Study Reached A Proposed Strategy to Develop The Role of Strategic Leadership in Crisis Management in The Egyptian Universities in The Light of Some Contemporary Global Models. The Study Also Recommended the Need to Link the Development of Academic Leaders With The Development of Administrative Leaders and Executive Staff, and The Development of Their Capabilities in Strategic Work, by Conducting Training Programs and Workshops to Increase Their Efficiency, Skills and Awareness of The Importance of Development in Work, and The Importance of Their Role in Achieving the Strategic Goals of The University, and The Training Required to Develop Their Capabilities Including It Is Consistent With Achieving The Strategic Goals of The university.
