المستخلص This study aimed to determine the relationship between tolerance at work and Organizational Virtuousness, and was applied on the employees of at Telecom Egypt in Dakahlia Governorate.In order to collect primary data, a questionnaire was designed and data had been collected from employees sample in At Telecom Egypt in Dakahlia Governorate. Sample size is 304, and The SPPS was used to analyze the primary data. Results of the study showed that Tolerance at work which represented in (Self-tolerance, tolerance with others, and tolerance of situations) were positively related with Organizational Virtuousness which represented in (Trust, Integrity, Compassion, optimism).Also results showed that tolerance at work (Self-tolerance, tolerance with others, tolerance of situations) (as independent variables) had a significant effect on each dimension of Organizational Virtuousness (Trust,Compassion, optimism) (as dependent variable). |
