The scientific progress that the world is witnessing in recent times has made physical education closely linked to various other sciences such as physiology, anatomy, kinesiology, sports training science, sports psychology and other important sciences that pushed physical education forward with a confident step based on practical foundations in development and progress. A delay in the field of physical education is sports medicine. This science played an important role in preserving the safety of players from exposure to injuries and contributed to the speed of their treatment. A large number of experts in the field of sports medicine saw that preventing injuries occupies the most important aspect in this field.
Ahmed Saad Mahmoud (2018) explains that the current era is going through a major technological revolution, and a high-level development in all areas of life, and given the close link between the development and progress of society in general and the development of sports in particular, so officials and workers in the field of physical education and sports had to work to raise the level of Physical fitness for all segments of society, monitoring material and human capabilities, and developing the plans and programs necessary to achieve this, while providing the maximum means of security and prevention of sports injuries that are not devoid of any sporting activity, and the importance of research and study of sports injuries must be issued because of their positive impact For the advancement of sports in general and for some distinguished athletes in particular.
Rasmi Iqbal (2010) believes that the civilizational progress, which included all fields in general and sports in particular, led to a great demand for sports activities in general and competitive activities in particular, and then the demand of trainers to develop preparation and training programs regardless of the interest in the scientific foundations and taking the necessary measures Prevention and protection from the occurrence of sports injuries, and this is inconsistent with the educational pillars that support the call for sports practice at its various levels.
Osama Kamel mentions Ratib (2000) as a result of the development of motor technique and the tremendous progress in various sports fields, especially the manly style of performance, which has become the character of the modern era and the intensity of competition between clubs and countries to achieve the best levels and achieve the most wonderful sporting achievements. .
Hussein Serry (2005) mentions gymnastics, one of the sports that uses some devices to perform certain physical movements as a means of education in order to reach the human being to his highest physical, mental, psychological and social capabilities so that he can be a useful member of the society in which he lives.
And Ahmed Al-Hadi Youssef (2002) indicates that gymnastics is also considered one of the important and vital sports that need advanced methods and methods to teach it so that the level of performance of the players can be advanced. Specialists in the sports field within the group of types of sports that are characterized by technical performance, which is one of the main factors leading to achieving victory in sports competitions, and requires discovering the most important details of good technical performance of gymnastics skills. Availability to reach an outstanding level of performance.
Ahsan Qais (2015) confirmed: Prevention of sports injuries is one of the most important goals of sports training, and despite that, it may be absent from the minds of many coaches who are very preoccupied with aspects of development and development for their players, and there is no doubt that protecting the player and providing all Aspects that ensure that injuries or damage do not occur are among the main issues that the training process should not be without.
Osama Riyad, in front of Hassan Muhammad Al-Najmi (2001) indicated that avoiding sports injuries by identifying their causes and the reasons for their occurrence works to avoid them, and this is in the sports field, as there is no sports activity free from injuries with different types and strength of severity, and it is expected that the injury will appear in its place, type and how The occurrence of its causes, therefore, it is important to put sports injuries for athletes in consideration of the possibility of injury so that the individual can return to exercising before the sports level falls.
And Sami’a Khalil Muhammad (2011) indicates that sports injuries are among the most important reasons that may lead to the end of the player’s sports future. Therefore, the phenomenon of sports injuries has received great attention, and in light of scientific progress, modern preparation of athletes is required. Sports injuries of all kinds occur as a result of physical activity during training or competitions. The interest in injuries, their causes, and ways to prevent them did not receive enough attention for most athletes, as attention comes at a later stage of their occurrence without making an effort to avoid them or reduce their occurrence in advance.
Ahmed Al-Harmleh (2016) explains: Injuries during sports activities have become a phenomenon that requires the attention of all workers in the sports field, despite the progress in various medical sciences, the adoption of new methods of treatment, the use of the latest devices, and the provision of specialists such as doctors and rehabilitation specialists in the field of sports injuries. It is still widespread and threatens the level of performance.
Ahsan Qais (2015) indicated: Sports injuries in general represent a very dangerous condition for individual sports practitioners in general and gymnasts in particular, especially if the body or part of it is exposed to a force that exceeds the body’s ability to bear, which reduces the level of physical and skillful performance of the players. It may be the reason for the player’s early retirement, as the injury can cause some complications.
Sami’a Khalil Muhammad (2011) indicated that following up on the players and the athlete’s condition through the medical reports of the coach, coach, physiotherapist, and team doctor would show the extent of the medical care the injured player received before and the history of the injured player, and this would prevent misdiagnosis possibilities. Injuries, and it is also forbidden not to neglect injuries at any level of the sports, administrative or medical levels, and these reports from the moment the player joined the team until the moment of his retirement.
Abbas Hussein (2013) indicates that sports injuries represent the main obstacle to the development of the heroic sports level, as the interim process of sports training gets confused, and therefore it is impossible to achieve the sports goals to be achieved.
Yasser Saeed Shafei (2000) mentions that the rate of prevalence of injuries in the field of sports activities has become a phenomenon that requires the attention of workers in the sports field, and then there was a need to address this growing phenomenon through solutions that depend mainly on prevention and the speed of rehabilitation in a realistic manner.
The importance of this study also appears in that it is considered a positive attempt to maintain the level of the players to achieve the highest level and the best results and to direct the responsible technical staff to prevent the occurrence of these injuries that may deprive the team of the efforts of some of its players in the conditions of competitions, as well as to put before the workers in this field of coaches, administrators and specialists Psychologists, field facts that enable them to develop training programs on scientific bases derived from reality, in order to avoid the occurrence of widespread injuries as much as possible, and in order for players to reach the highest level of performance and ensure their continuation in practicing sports.
Second: Research problem:
Injuries are a serious problem for everyone who works in the sports field, whether the training equipment, the players themselves, or the club’s administrative staff, as when the player is injured, weakness occurs in the muscles, and this is a catalyst for the recurrence of the injury, and that preventive programs contribute directly and effectively to the prevention of various sports injuries and in Raising the physical efficiency of athletes and avoiding injury.
Through the researcher’s experiences in the field of gymnastics training, he found that the prevalence rate of sports injuries in the field of gymnastics is very large, so the researcher directed his attention to preparing a preventive program for the player so that his injury rate decreases, whether during training or competition.
It became clear to the researcher that injury is a problem that greatly hinders the progress of the level of performance of gymnasts, so he directed in this study to prepare a preventive program for sports injuries and the consequent improvement in the level of performance.
Third: Research objective:
The research aims to design a rehabilitative and preventive program to reduce injuries for gymnasts through improving some of their physical abilities.
Fourth: Research Hypotheses:
