Abstract

Work design characteristics is supportive, effective and social connectedness of staff nurses to the organization, the more staff nurses are engaged in the work, social life of organization, and more interact with team work about organization issues and more likely they are to increase perception toward work design characteristics (Scharp et al., 2023). Work engagement allows them to get more involved intellectually, socially and physically in organization-related activities and lead to staff nurses response to positive organization outcomes including adequate support, positive feedback, and satisfaction with organization environment (El-Guindy et al., 2021).
