المستخلص

Education technology in its broadest sense means planning, preparation, development and implementation through various technical means that all work in harmony with the human elements to achieve the goals of education, and in this regard, Muhammad Atiyah Khamis (2003 AD) mentions that educational technology has many levels in the design and development of education, as it can be applied At the comprehensive level of designing the macro or major system of education at the level of educational stages or a stage thereof or a course of study, as Fath Al-Bab.
Abdul Halim Sayed (1997 AD) confirms that the introduction of modern technology in education can rid us of the outdated educational systems before it is too late, Provided that they are used in a systematic and consistent use in the basic education process, which is the process of how the learner acquires the facts and benefits from them.
The spread of e-learning worldwide is due to several reasons, including the increased need for education, the increase in the number of students in
schools and universities, the increase in the cost of education, as well as the increase in the costs of buildings and manpower of teachers and administrators. E-learning as an educational system provides educational programs or trainees at any time and in any place using interactive information and communication technologies such as ”the Internet, radio,
local or satellite channels for television, magnetic discs, telephone, email,
computers, teleconferences to provide an educational environment.” Multi-source interaction in a synchronized way in the classroom or asynchronous remotely without committing to a specific location depending on the self-learning and interaction between the learner and the teacher.
