The researcher obtained the chronological age of all sample members from the records of each club player by knowing the date of birth and calculating the age to the nearest year.
height and weight:
The researcher used a restameter to measure the total length of the body in centimeters, and weight in kilograms.
Test validity:
The validity coefficient )discrimination validity ( was found for the physical tests used in the research on (10) players divided into (5) distinguished players, (5) non-distinguished players The value of ) T ( was found to calculate the significance of the differences between them

Test stability:
The researcher found the stability coefficient of the physical tests used in the research by applying those tests to (5) players of the same age group, by re-applying the tests to the same sample.
Initial survey:
The researcher conducted the first exploratory study during the period from 18/6/2021 AD to 19/6/2021 AD, which aimed to:
• Verify the validity of the tools and devices used in the research
• Training assistants on how to conduct measurements, tests, and recording accuracy.
The second survey:
The researcher conducted the second exploratory study during the period from 24/6/2021AD to 25/6/2021AD, which aimed to:
• Knowing the extent to which the content of the training unit fits with the allotted time, as well as the appropriateness of the components of the training unit with the times and percentages allocated to them.
• Determining the training loads in terms of (intensity, size, intensity) to ration the loads according to the players’ abilities.
• Determining the dynamics of the load during the weeks of the program.
• Determining the typo times within the training dose.
• Determine the appropriateness and validity of the place used in the implementation of the training units.

The members of the basic sample were subjected to a unified program in all its proposed contents, which was applied by the researcher, for a period of 8 weeks, from 2/7/2021AD to 4/9/2021AD .

Tribal measurements
Tribal measurements were made on the basic study sample members in the physical and digital measurements in the period from 28/6/2021AD to 29/6/2021AD , and the following table shows the time distribution of the tribal measurements.
Steps to legalize the training program
The researcher identified the most important variables of the training program, which are:
• The training period for the application of the training program.
• Determine the type of training stage.
• The time period (number of weeks) appropriate for applying the program.
• Determine the number of repetitions of the training unit per week.
• Determine the number of training periods during the daily training unit.
• Determine the training unit time.
• Determine the loads used in the program.
• Determine the formation of the training load during the training modules.
• Determine the taipu training style used.
The foundations that the researcher took into account when applying the experiment:
Characteristics of the load directed to the development of physical variables and the digital level through taipo exercises:
- The program was implemented 5 times a week, with a time ranging from 40 : 109 minutes for 8 weeks during the preparation period , and accordingly the number of training units becomes 40 training units, and the exercises have been gradually intense during the weeks from 50%: 80% of the maximum for the athletics player
- The unified warm-up was carried out in the training units on the research group (experimental) with an aerobic load of 30%: 50%, which included exercises that contribute to raising body temperature, preparing muscles for work and stimulating blood circulation (such as varied running and jumping), then various stretching exercises
- Then the main part was implemented , which included general preparation exercises for the research group, whose content targeted most parts of the body.
- The experimental variable (Tae-bo exercises) was applied in the special and skill preparation part of the training unit of the experimental group.
The unified calming part was implemented in the training units of the experimental group, which contains exercises that contribute to restoring recovery, such as weights and stretches.
Dimensional measurements
The dimensional measurements were made on the basic study sample in the physical measurements and the numerical level in question.
The dimensional measurements were made on the individuals of the basic study sample in the physical and digital measurements from 4/9/2021 AD to 5/9/2021 AD , and the following table shows the time distribution of the dimensional measurements.
The researcher took into account the application of the same conditions for conducting the tests that were carried out in the tribal measurement, then he collected the results accurately after the completion of the application of the tests and scheduled and organized them in preparation for statistical treatment.

After collecting the data and recording the various measurements of the variables that were used in this research, the appropriate statistical treatments were carried out to achieve the objectives and to verify the validity of the hypotheses using the statistical laws as well as the computer through the statistical program ” Excel ”of the documented software package ” Microsoft office ” The statistical program of the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences, which is symbolized by the symbol ” SPSS ”The data was processed using the following statistical methods:
• SMA. Mean Arithmetic - Mediator. Median
• standard deviation. Deviate I on Standard- skew modulus.

Conclusions and Recommendations:
First: Conclusions:
• The use of taipo exercises has a positive effect on improving the physical variables of the shot put competition.
• The use of taipo exercises has a positive effect on improving the digital level of the shot put competition.
• There are statistically significant differences between the pre and post measurements of the experimental group in the physical abilities under discussion for the shot put spin competition in favor of the post measurement.
• There are statistically significant differences between the pre and post measurements of the experimental group in the digital level of the shot put competition from spinning in favor of the post measurement.
Second: Recommendations:
Based on the conclusions of the research topic, the researcher makes the following recommendations:
• Paying attention to taipo exercises because of their positive impact on the special physical abilities of the shot put competition.
• The use of taipo exercises because of their positive impact on the digital level of the shot put contestants.
• Doing similar studies on other competitions and introducing some other physical variables.
