The aim of this research is to: improve the writing skills of primary school pupils; and this is by using a suggested collaborative blogs-based strategy. To achieve this aim, the researcher conducted the following procedures: Study the theoretical of what presented in the previous research, studies, and literature related to the subject of the research. Organized a list of the writing skills suitable for the fourth-grade pupils, Prepared a writing skills test for the fourth-grade pupils. Prepare the teacher’s for teaching the writing skills guide using a suggested collaborative blogs-based strategy. Choose the participants of the research of the fourth-grade pupils and divided them into two groups: the experimental and the control group. Apply the suggested collaborative blogs-based strategy on the pupils of the experimental group while the while the control group is studying, and setting the appointment with the specified book. Apply the skills of writing post-test on the experimental and the control group. Conducting the statistical treatment of the scores of the pre- and post-applications, and a number of results were reached, the most important of which are: the effectiveness of the suggested collaborative blogs-based strategy in developing the writing skills among the fourth-grade primary school pupils. Ultimately, the researcher presented a number of recommendations and suggestions in the light of the research findings including the need to pay attention to the writing skills in general and the narrative writing in particular in the field of teaching the Arabic language, because of its importance in developing pupils’ abilities and achieving the learning outcomes in light of the digital transformation skills.
