This research aimed to study the impact of organizational agility on sustainable competitive advantage, specifically by applying it to the branches of Faisal Islamic Bank in Egypt. To collect the data, a survey was designed and administered to a sample of employees at Faisal Islamic Bank during the period from September 1, 2023, to September 30, 2023. The sample size was 316 participants, and all 316 participants responded, resulting in a 100% response rate. The collected data were subjected to statistical analysis. And to analyze the initial data for the research, the researcher used the statistical software SPSS V.26 to input the raw data and perform hypothesis testing. The researcher calculated the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient to assess the reliability of the research variables. Pearson’s correlation coefficient was used to measure the relationship between variables. Stepwise multiple regression analysis and analysis of variance (ANOVA) and (T. Test) analysis was employed to test the validity of the research hypotheses and to assess the direct effects between research variables. The results of the statistical analysis have shown a significant positive relationship between organizational agility and sustainable competitive advantage in Faisal Islamic Bank. The analysis has also revealed a significant positive impact of the dimensions of organizational agility on the dimensions of sustainable competitive advantage, including differentiation, cost reduction, innovation, timing, and efficiency in Faisal Islamic Bank. Furthermore, there were no significant differences in the opinions of the research sample based on demographic variables such as gender, age, and educational qualifications. However, there were significant differences related to the variable of years of experience.
