First: Introduction and problem of research Composite training is one of the training methods and methods aimed at developing muscle capacity and achieving athletic achievement as well as improving the athlete’s physical fitness. Weight training is carried out with Plyometric training in the same training module. This is what calls the composite training and through which athletes can get the best training results. Mr. Abdelmaksoud (1992) states that the objective of the training process is to connect the player to the best ways to improve the level of achievement, since achievement is the focus of the training process. The specificity of the training is one of the basic principles governing the training process in achieving the achievement of ChuDonald aims at a high level of achievement in the selected activity. Generality in training may be suitable for normal practice while high achievement requires the concentration of all the training forces in the specialized activity in proportion to the possibilities of the player. It also increases the strength of the body muscles and grows harmoniously, and thus improves the body organs and internal organs. This sport gives strength, determination and self-confidence to reach the desired success in life. This sport has become very popular and universal and young people are racing to it because of its many physical and psychological benefits. The researcher believes that the development of physical elements is important in bodybuilders where the player needs them during experimental performance and through the research as a trainer for bodybuilding sports. The researcher noticed the decrease in the level of bodybuilders players physically.Tournaments and some trainers do not rely on the rationed scientific program to develop the physical abilities of bodybuilding sports, especially muscle capacity, which is considered to be one of the most important physical abilities and not to integrate biometric weightage training, which if incorporated in scientific form into a rationed training content or a composite training program, can improve the physical abilities of bodybuilding sports in spite. By conducting the reference survey and to the best of his knowledge of the scientific research that touches on this important field of research in terms of mathematical application, the researcher found that the research and studies used in this field, despite its theoretical and scientific importance in developing levels of technical performance of various sporting activities in an important capacity. In the field of bodybuilding, the researcher did not find a study on the impact of composite training on some of physical performance variables for bodybuilders. This called for experimenting with a composite training method and is rationed by special and varied controls to increase the ability of bodybuilders. Applied significance: The practical importance is that this current research is the effect of composite workouts on some physical variables in bodybuilders as one of the important methods in training so that it is more interactive, the training situation. Research Procedures: Research Methodology: The researcher used the experimental method of tribal dimensional measurement for two groups, one experimental and the other control. Community & Sample Research: Includes the bodybuilder search community for the 2023/2022 sports season ranging from age 20 (25) years, the basic search sample of Kamal Al-Ajdar’s players has been selected and numbered (30) players divided into two pilot groups and their strength (10) to whom the proposed programme is applied and the other female officer has reached its strength (10) Players to which the traditional program applies, selected and (10) players from the same research community from the same research community for the purpose of conducting a survey on them. There are statistically significant differences between the mediums of the tribal and post measurement of the control and experimental groups in the physical variables of the bodybuilders in question in favor of the dimensional measurement. - There are statistically significant differences between the two-dimensional measurements of the control and experimental groups in the bodybuilders’ physical variables in question for the benefit of the experimental group. There are statistically significant differences between the two post measurements of the experimental and control groups in the physical variables of bodybuilding sport in favor of the experimental group. Recommendations Based on the research’s findings, the researcher recommends the following: The combination training programme contained in this study should be used for its effective impact on the improvement of -1. muscle strength and its compounds. The need to conduct a study aimed at identifying the impact of composite training forms on physical abilities. When using the composite training programme, it is necessary to focus at the general preparation stage on the use of composite training as an effective model for the development of muscle abilities in general and those associated with flexibility and motor speed in particular. -18 Interest in developing rated programs using different composite trainings that vary differently.
