Wien (2005) believes that planning to train youngsters in football aims to provide them with basic motor skills, as well as to develop their physical attributes and skillful, psychological and social aspects in order to reach the highest levels, as well as so that each player can perform the duties required of him efficiently.
The training program is one of the basic elements in the training process, which must be paid attention to by workers in the sports field, as it is one of the scientific systems established to provide services to players individually and collectively to achieve the best level of achievement.
And Queen (2005) explains that the training programs for the buds must take into account the characteristics of the dental stage, by focusing on the physical, skillful, social and psychological aspects of the age stage and working on developing them to achieve the comprehensive and balanced development of the buds, and thus they can reach higher levels, provided that both the trainer And the player in turn in the training process.
Hassan Abu Abdo (2008) believes that the basic skills are considered one of the important technical aspects in football activity, and without their performance and mastery in a good way, Al-Baram is unable to implement the coach’s instructions regarding the tactical aspect during the match, and football is distinguished by the multiplicity and diversity of its basic skills. problem Research:
The physical and skillful abilities are among the important aspects of the buds in football, as the skillful performance is generally linked to the physical capabilities.

The researcher noticed through his field experiences in the field of football and through his experience as a football coach for the buds at the Cairo Academy in Benha, and by observing the many training programs that are implemented within the clubs and football academies that have become widespread these days, that the buds are taught and trained In the same ways that are done with adults without taking into account the characteristics of growth and the psychological and social aspects of these buds; In addition to noticing that there is a great degree of difficulty that falls on the buds while learning football skills in light of the use of the established training programs, which place a terrible burden on the buds, and through the researcher’s follow-up to training the buds in the academy, he found that there are many coaches who do not care to focus on physical fitness in a way Mainly for fear of injuries, fatigue, or physical stress for the child, and this is due to the lack of a scientific mentality in training physical fitness or choosing the appropriate time or sufficient time to develop fitness, and obtaining it by sound scientific methods and foundations through which we can reach the bud to the highest levels, which led to The presence of deficiencies in physical performance and many skillful errors during the performance, and these errors sometimes hinder the progress of the bud, both skillfully and physically, to reach the required levels, and this is reflected in the requirements of the game.
On this basis, the researcher believes that the problem of developing the physical and skill variables of the buds category requires great care and knowledge in the field of training. Therefore, the current study came to find out the effect of a training program using the quaternary development model on some physical and skill variables for soccer buds in football academies.

Its theoretical significance
The research is due to the fact that it is exposed to a study of the effect of a training program using the quaternary development model on some physical and skill variables for the buds in football academies, and it will also contribute to adding a special reference to a training program using the quadruple development model in the Arab Library. In addition, this topic did not take its due in Arab studies.
It’s the Applied importance:
- One of the scientific attempts that serve the sports field, especially football.
- One of the ways to raise the level of education of buds in the sport of football.
- The current study contributes to identifying the level of physical and skill variables among soccer buds aged 8-10 years.
- The study contributes to shedding light on the need to build specialized training programs to raise the level of physical variables for football buds.
- This study contributes to helping coaches by saving their time and effort in building training programs, especially for this age group in football.
Applied The aim of Research :
The research aims to identify: The effect of a training program using the quadruple development model on some physical and skill variables for buds in football academies through:.
1- Designing a training program using the quaternary development model for buds in football academies.
2- To identify the effect of the proposed program on some physical variables of soccer buds.
3- To identify the effect of the proposed program on some skill variables of soccer buds.
4- Identifying the impact of the proposed program on some of the social and psychological aspects of soccer buds.
Research Hypothesis:
1- There are statistically significant differences between the means of the pre and post measurements of the experimental research sample in the physical, skill, psychological and social variables under study in favor of the post measurement.
2- There are significant statistical differences between the averages of the pre and post measurements of the control sample in the physical, skill, psychological and social variables under study in favor of the post measurement.
3- There are statistically significant differences between the averages of the two post-measurements of the experimental and control samples in the physical, skill, psychological and social variables under study in favor of the post-measurement of the experimental research sample.
Research procedures:
Research Methodology:
According to the nature of the research problem and in order to achieve its objectives and test its hypotheses, the researcher followed the experimental approach for two groups, one experimental and the other a control group, due to its suitability to the nature of the research.
research community :
The research community is represented by football buds at the Hero Academy in Baha, Qalyubia Governorate, for the 2022/2023 sports season, with a total of (42) soccer buds.
The research sample :
The basic research sample was chosen randomly, and they numbered (26) buds, and the researcher excluded (2) buds who did not commit to participating and attending, so that the actual number of the basic research sample became (24) of soccer buds representing (57.14%) and they were deliberately divided into Two equal and equivalent groups, each with (12) buds, one of which was an experimental group and the other a control group, and (12) buds were selected from within the research community and outside the main sample to conduct exploratory studies.
Data collection methods:
The application of the training program, tests, and measurements on the research sample requires choosing a set of devices, tools, and some data collection methods, which are as follows:
- A medical scale calibrated to measure weight to the nearest kilogram.
- Restamer measuring device to measure the total length of the body to the nearest centimeter.
A stop watch measures time to the nearest 0.01 second.
Swedish seats - seats of different heights and sizes.

- Ruler included. - tape measure.
- Ruler included. - Small barriers.

The Exploratory study::
The first survey:
The researcher conducted the first exploratory study on a sample of (12) buds from the same research community and outside the main sample, during the time period from 7/17/2022 AD to 7/21/2022 AD, in order to identify:
- Conducting scientific transactions (honesty - reliability) for the used tests.
Verifying the validity of the measuring devices used and their standards.
Determine the most appropriate dates for conducting the tests.
Identify the difficulties that the researcher may face when applying the basic experiment.
- Training assistants on how to take measurements and unload results.
Ensure that the buds understand the content of the proposed program.
- Identifying the appropriateness of the tests used for the research sample.
- Choosing a place suitable for conducting the tests and measurements used.
The second survey:
The researcher conducted a second exploratory study of the proposed program on the exploratory research sample, which numbered (10) buds, who were chosen randomly from the actual research community and from outside the core sample, on Monday 7/25/2022 AD until Saturday 7/30/2022 AD. to identify :-
The suitability of the exercises used in the proposed program for the basic research sample.
Appropriate number of repetitions for each exercise in the training unit.
- The appropriate time period for each part of the training unit to achieve the goal of the program.
Ensure the validity of the place and the tools used in the program.
- Experimenting with one of the program’s training units to ensure that the program is a valid tool to achieve what it was designed for.
The Basic experience:
Tribal measurements:
The researcher conducted the pre-measurement on the research sample, where the physical tests and the selected skill tests were applied on Monday 1/8/2022 AD as follows:
- Then measure age, height and weight
- Then measure the selected special physical characteristics under study.
- Then measure the selected basic skills under study.
Program implementation:
After ensuring the homogeneity of the sample members, the researcher applied the training program to the research sample, for a period of three months, in the period from Saturday 8/6/2022 AD until Wednesday 10/26/2022 AD, i.e. for a period of (12) weeks, with (3) weekly training units, which are Saturdays. Monday and Wednesday, at the Cairo Academy Stadium in Benha, and the unit time was 90 minutes.
Dimensional measurement:
After completing the application of the basic experiment on the research sample, the post-measurement was conducted on the experimental and control group (24) in Bud, in the period from 10/29/2022 AD to 10/31/2022 AD, on the same physical and skill variables and with the same conditions, instructions, conditions and specifications of the pre-measurements.
Statistical processors:
The researcher carried out the statistical treatments using the computer through the statistical package Spss program, and the researcher used the following statistical treatments during this research:
-SMA . - Torsion coefficient.
- Pearson correlation coefficient. - The mediator. - T test
-standard deviation . - Cronbach’s alpha coefficient.

Results :
Through what has been achieved of the research hypotheses and according to the results of the statistical analysis and in light of the presentation and discussion of the results and within the limits of the research sample and the tools used, the researcher was able to reach that:
- The members of the experimental group that applied the proposed training program using the quadruple development model improved.
- The exercises of the proposed quadruple development model contributed in a positive and effective way to improving the digital level of the triple jump.
- The use of the quaternary development model leads to improving the skillful performance of football buds.
- The quaternary development model contributed in a positive and effective way to improving the physical abilities of football buds.
