International competition in the field of sports has become one of the tributaries of economic and social growth , and an element of international relations, as all countnes want to achieve through sports major victories that are no less important than the rest of the other filds of social ,economic or political success, and they have grown in recent times ,the latter is of great importance to sports institutions to achieve the eoonomist and social development of society.The study aims to identify the social and economic return of sports institutions and their impact on the future of development in the Egyptian society as a pivotal and basic objective of the study and stems from thisA group of questions are summarized as follow: 1-Measuring the relationship between the social return of the sports institution and Its impact on the future of development in Egyptian society? 2-Measuring the relationship between the economic return of sports institutions and its impact on national income To society? 3-Measuring the relationship between the returns of organizing sports tournaments and their impact on the soft power of society? 4-Reaching to visualize some proposals that work on the success and organization of sporting events to achieve sustainability and identify Its weaknesses?5-The current study relied mainly on the experimental method Experimental studies in line with the subject of the study and its credits were relied on a scale tool It was applied through personal interviews on a sample of (200) members of the institutions Sports.The most important results of the study: 1-The results of the study indicated that the social importance of the social habit of sports institutions affects the system of modern values, as the dimension of the different forces between individuals and each other ranked first in the perception of the research sample, as the degree of responses of the sample on that dimension reached 90.5%. Al-Sara resorted to both sexes in the second place in the municipality of 89% and the formation of new social relations with other individuals ranked third with a percentage of 88.5%, that watching sports matches works to overcome some bad habits the individual ranked fourth with a percentage of 80%, that watching sports matches works to overcome some bad habits of the individual The fifth sweetest, with a score of 75.5%. Improving the behavior of the individual as It ranked sixth with arate of 62%.2-The results of the field study indicated that among the investment returns from organizing sporting events, it became clear from the statistical analyzes that watching sports matches works in increasing the workforce in the field of various crafts related to sporting events, as it ranked first with 96% of the sample of the study. The foreign currency of the community and contributes to increasing the demand for buying souvenirs, as it ranked second by 95%, contributes to increasing the partnership between public and private sector companies, as it ranked third by 91.5% of the study sample, organizing sports tournaments contributes to increasing investment in national companies, as it ranked third Fourth, by 90% of the study sample. 3-The results Of the field study indicated some proposals for the success of organizing sports tournaments Including raising the cultural level of workers in the sports community, which ranked first with a rate of 97%, the need to pay attention to referees and qualify them, which also occupied the second place with a rate of 96.5%, educating players to respect the decisions of referees and ranked third with a rate of 96%, the need to prepare awareness campaigns in colleges, schools and youth centers to instill The correct meanings of sports encouragement and ranked fourth with a rate of 92.5%, the presence of reconciliation initiatives between the parties to the conflict in the sports field and occupied the sixth place with a percentage of 91%, increased financial support for some institutions and ranked sixth with a percentage of 88, the intervention of officials for mediation and conflict resolution in the sports center and occupied that.The seventh and last place Is Bourne, with a relative score of 83%. Study recommendations and suggestions: 1-There must be strategic plans for sports clubs applied on the ground to ensure the continuity of the clubs and provide services to their members, and the application of strategic planning as aThe sound foundation for building a strong sports institution. 2-Interest in choosing a sports manager with a great deal of experience and knowledge to carry out his mission.3-In developing their sport on both ends of the spectrum, at the grassroots level, and at the high performance level – the formation of the foundation in partnership with other institutions and other organization.4-Openness and interest in the political and secondary structure of the sports institution.5-Attention and good qualification of the system of rulers. 6-The Egyptian Football Association works to enhance and strengthen the relations between its members, club presidents and players, and to achieve the required goals.
