The current study aimed to develop a proposed vision for developing the performance of employees in the education and student affairs sector at the colleges of Mansoura University in light of the requirements of digital empowerment.In accordance with the nature of the current study, and what is required to answer its questions and achieve its objectives, the research used the descriptive approach, which depends on studying reality or the phenomenon as it exists in reality and accurately describes it through qualitative expression that describes the phenomenon and explains its characteristics in order to suit it for studying the conceptual and intellectual framework. For digital empowerment with the aim of achieving digital empowerment, which in turn helps develop the performance of employees in the education affairs sector and students in the colleges of Mansoura University.A questionnaire was prepared with the aim of identifying the reality of digital empowerment among workers in the education and student affairs sector in the colleges of Mansoura University.The research sample represented a random sample representative of the research community of workers in the education and student affairs sector in some colleges of Mansoura University.The current research reached a set of results, the most important of which are:Digital empowerment is a measure for judging the performance of employees in the education and student affairs sector in the faculties of Mansoura University, the extent of developing their performance, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and finding appropriate solutions for them.The necessity of digital empowerment for all institutions that seek to develop and improve services and employ technology in an optimal way, which helps workers perform the tasks assigned to them with ease and ease.Training is one of the most important requirements that contribute to achieving digital empowerment and thus developing the satisfactory performance of employees.Digital empowerment contributes to spreading the culture of creativity and innovation in the work environment and encouraging distinguished people The application of digital empowerment is linked to the following principles (improving the efficiency of employee performance, ensuring quality, improving creativity and innovation, improving response to the needs of beneficiaries).The most important dimensions of digital empowerment that contribute to its implementation are (training, work teams, delegation of authority, effective communication and motivation).The research presented a number of recommendations and proposals in light of the results
