Abstract This study examines the evaluation and study of the administrative strategies that were applied in the Egyptian hotel sector during the Corona virus pandemic, and then studies the impact of that application on hotel occupancy rates as well as lengths of stay within the study population. The study used a quantitative approach to obtain results, and 180 questionnaires were distributed to the hotels under study. The researcher chooses a comprehensive survey method to study the administrative strategies that were applied in the hotels under study (the study population). A questionnaire form was used to collect the required data. The study population was 180 individuals, of whom 156 responded (consisting of managers, deputy managers, and supervisors of some departments in the hotels under study (five-star hotels in Cairo(28hotels). The collected data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) V.25. The results indicate the importance of applying administrative strategies and the positive, statistically significant impact of that application on occupancy rates as well as lengths of stay.
